Selling from 10,000 km away demands more than trust. It demands records.
Most overseas sellers have heard a bad story — a relative who mishandled a sale, a buyer who vanished, paperwork that surfaced too late. Our process is designed so that every important fact about your sale is verified, documented and visible to you.
A secure digital property file
Everything about your sale lives in one secure file you can access from anywhere: inspection media, document summaries, offers, receipts and milestones. Nothing depends on memory or word of mouth.
Timestamped inspection media
Video walk-throughs and photographs are timestamped when recorded, so you can verify for yourself what the property looked like and when.
Documents reviewed before marketing
Ownership, Jamabandi/mutation, the registered deed and encumbrance or litigation flags are reviewed before a valuation or offer is issued — surprises are found early, not at the registry.
Buyers screened before they reach you
We verify buyer identity and seriousness before viewings or negotiations. You hear about real offers from screened buyers, not casual enquiries.
Bank-to-bank payments only
Token, agreement and final payments move bank-to-bank with receipts recorded in your property file. We do not participate in cash-in-hand arrangements.
Independent professionals where required
Legal opinions, tax questions and repatriation formalities are matters for qualified independent professionals. We coordinate their involvement; we never substitute for them.
Careful handling of your data
Your documents and personal details are used only to progress your enquiry and sale, stored securely, never sold, and never shared with buyers without your consent.
Updates you don’t have to chase
Offer, viewing and milestone updates come to you on WhatsApp or email, in English or Punjabi — with the records to back them up.
